A Few Things Before You Begin

We know nobody enjoys reading legal pages. But this one matters — not because we want to overwhelm you with fine print, but because we believe in being upfront about how things work at Vrijdhara. So we’ve kept this as clear and honest as possible.

By browsing our website or placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to what’s written here. If something doesn’t sit right with you, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

Vrijdhara is a natural food brand built around one simple idea — that everyday kitchen staples like ghee, hing, and jaggery deserve to be as pure and honest as they were meant to be. We’re based out of Faridabad, Haryana, and every product we sell is sourced and prepared with that belief in mind.

2. Who Can Shop With Us

Our website is meant for adults — anyone who is 18 years or older. If you’re placing an order, we assume you’re of legal age and have the ability to enter into an agreement under Indian law. We don’t knowingly allow minors to transact on our platform.

3. Our Products

Everything listed on our website — from the A2 Bilona Cow Ghee to our Nukra Hing and Natural Jaggery — is described as accurately as we can manage. That said, a few things to keep in mind:

  • Product images are representative. The actual colour, texture, or packaging may vary slightly depending on the batch, season, or storage.
  • Our ghee is handcrafted using the Bilona method, which means natural variations in colour, texture, and aroma are completely normal — even desirable.
  • Shelf life across our products is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the packaging before use.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, modify product descriptions, or discontinue a product without prior notice.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you’re making an offer to purchase. That offer is accepted by us once we confirm your order via email or SMS. Until then, no contract exists between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order within 48 hours of it being placed — for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or anything that falls outside our usual operations. If that happens, you’ll hear from us promptly and receive a full refund if payment was already made.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Debit and Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prices may change from time to time. Whatever price is shown at the time you place your order — that’s what you pay. We won’t charge more after the fact.

Discount codes, first-buy offers, and bundle deals (like Ghee + Hing or Ghee + Hing + Jaggery) are valid only as per the terms mentioned alongside them. They can’t be clubbed with other offers unless we specifically say so.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India only. No international orders at this stage.

Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch it within 3 to 5 working days, not counting Sundays and national holidays. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 2 to 9 business days depending on where you’re located.

We work with reliable courier partners, but we’d be dishonest if we guaranteed exact delivery dates. Things like weather, regional disruptions, or high-demand periods can sometimes cause delays that are outside our hands. When that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

If your order couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, please get in touch with us so we can sort it out.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once it’s on its way, cancellation isn’t possible.

We’ll consider a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product had a manufacturing defect

We do ask that you raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us clear photographs of the problem. Refunds, once approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For COD orders, we’ll process the refund via bank transfer or UPI.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, partially used products, or items bought during promotional sales (unless they’re genuinely defective).

8. What You Agree Not to Do

When using our website, we expect a basic level of good faith. That means:

  • Don’t provide false details when placing an order
  • Don’t attempt to manipulate pricing or exploit system errors
  • Don’t copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from our website — our product descriptions, brand name, logo, and tagline (“Purely Natural, Sustainably Yours”) are ours
  • Don’t do anything that could compromise the integrity or security of our platform

9. Our Content & Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website — the writing, product photography, brand identity, and all associated content — belongs to Vrijdhara. You’re welcome to browse and share, but reproducing or commercially using any of it without our written permission isn’t something we can allow.

10. Honest Disclaimers

We put our heart into what we make, but we want to be real with you:

  • Our products are food items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Any health-related information shared on our website is educational and rooted in traditional knowledge — it’s not medical advice.
  • While we work hard to keep the website accurate and running smoothly, we can’t guarantee it’ll always be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • In the unlikely event something goes wrong on our end, our liability is limited to the value of the order you placed.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or from a purchase will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
