Our Approach
We take great care in preparing and packing every product. If something doesn’t reach you in the right condition, we genuinely want to fix it. This policy explains how we handle such situations.
1. When You Can Request a Return or Refund
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged (broken seal, cracked jar, or damaged packaging)
- You receive the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product has already expired when delivered
If any of these happen, we’ll make the process easy for you.
2. When Returns Won’t Be Accepted
We won’t be able to help in the following cases:
- The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
- The product has already been used or consumed (unless the issue was noticed immediately)
- Damage happened after delivery due to storage or handling
- You ordered the wrong item or changed your mind
- The product was bought during a sale and has no defect
We aim to be fair, but we also need to follow these limits as a small business.
3. How to Raise a Request
If there’s a problem with your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Share your order details, name, phone number, and clear photos of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method (5–7 working days)
- Cash on Delivery: Refund sent via bank transfer or UPI (5–7 working days)
We’ll keep you updated during the process.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
If the order is already dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to stock or other issues. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Return Shipping
- If the mistake is ours, we will cover return shipping
- In other approved cases, shipping costs may need to be paid by you
