Getting Your Order to You
There’s something we take seriously beyond just the product itself — and that’s making sure it reaches you properly. Good packaging, the right courier, honest timelines. This page covers all of that.
1. Where We Deliver
Right now, we ship across India only. We’re not set up for international orders yet, but that’s something we’re thinking about as we grow.
2. Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, we need 3 to 5 working days to prepare and dispatch it. Working days for us are Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.
We’re a small team and we pack orders with care — so we’d rather take an extra day to do it right than rush and risk something reaching you in poor condition.
During high-demand periods — like festive seasons or after a sale goes live — dispatch may take a little longer. We’ll always try to let you know if that’s the case.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2 to 9 business days. Where exactly in that range depends largely on your location — metros tend to be faster, while more remote areas take a bit longer.
These are realistic estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally things happen that are outside our control — courier delays, weather, regional disruptions. We’d rather be honest about that upfront than overpromise.
4. Courier Partners
We work with courier services that have a reliable track record across India. The partner assigned to your order may vary based on your pin code and availability at the time of dispatch.
5. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. No surprises.
Free shipping thresholds, if active, will be communicated on the website. Keep an eye on our homepage or product pages for those.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it on the courier’s website to follow your package.
If you’re having trouble tracking your order or something doesn’t look right, just drop us a message and we’ll look into it.
7. If Something Goes Wrong in Transit
Sometimes packages get mishandled along the way — it’s rare, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and the product before doing anything else, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll take it from there and sort it out as per our Refund Policy.
8. Failed Deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery and can’t reach you — wrong address, nobody available, gate issues — they’ll typically try once or twice more before returning the package to us.
If your order comes back to us, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to reship it, though an additional shipping charge may apply. We aren’t able to take responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout — so please double-check before you confirm your order.
9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t gone out yet. Vrijdhara also reserves the right to cancel an order within the same window in case of stock issues or circumstances we couldn’t foresee. A full refund will follow.
